Like you, I want to make the world a better place and see people thrive.

That’s why I draw on my years of study and practice to write about mental health, psychology, and anything related to well-being.

But my passion is also the result of my own battles, traumas, and destructive behaviors.

Educating myself and writing about these topics and my experiences changed my life.

That’s why I want to share what I’ve learned (and continue to learn) with others because knowledge is power and empowered people can take better care of their mental health, of each other, and the planet.

Because I’ve worked as a psychologist, researcher, therapist, and support worker, I know how to engage with your audience. You can relax knowing someone who speaks your language is writing your copy and content.
