My Approach

I have trained in a variety of interventions that I apply in my sessions, including:

I offer a free initial consultation to discuss how I may be able to help you and decide whether this is the right intervention for you.

Together we will plan your sessions to best suit your needs and future goals. The objectives of the sessions are to:

  • Understand how the brain works and how you can reprogram it to get the most out of life

  • Use visualisation to focus on your goals and build positive thought patterns

  • Regulate your emotions

  • Learn to relax deeply

  • Release negative emotions and self-limiting beliefs
